Welcome to the Friday Links Roundup for January 2, 2015! Some great things I discovered:

The Entertainment Weekly cover for Parks and Rec is so beautiful.

For freaking people out in public. I won’t lie to you: I have spent a crazy amount of time making sound effects and typing away at this page. I was not in public for this, stop laughing, Max.

This great Kamala Khan graphic! Are you guys reading Ms. Marvel? If you’re not, you should fix that because it’s sincerely wonderful.

Trope Heroine! If you’ve ever read a single romance novel, you should be following this Twitter. I just can’t with this account, you guys (to borrow the Tumblr speak).

This Take Five I did last year with Matt Staggs/Suvudu that I completely forgot to publicize the crap out of! You should click that if you want to read about some of my process for writing SUPERHEROES ANONYMOUS, including a great video about Brazilian Capoeira. (Yes, I know my name is spelled wrong, but at this point I feel like it's too late to fix that)

Sarah Rees Brennan has done a parody of the first season of The 100, my latest obsession, and it is EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER WANT.

Jessica Drew has a new outfit!!! The skintight excuse for artists like Greg Land to draw anatomically-incorrect spider poses is on the way out! And best part? NO CROTCH ARROW. Kris Anka’s design is so amazing. I’m completely in love and now I want to cosplay that. Do you see the Han Solo belt??? SWOON.

Roundup of a good list of links for writers. I haven’t vetted it at all (though I love the free rice site).

Stay sexy!
Lexie
